Nice and solidly drawn! She looks like a cross between Angelina Jolie and Red Hot Riding Hood. I saw this via your comment over at Eddie’s blog. Have you tried to pitch this to any specific network like Adult Swim, FOX, Comedy Central, HBO or FX?

In addition to my comment, Jeffrey Katzenberg and Dreamworks secured a deal with Netflix to produce over 300 hours of content for them. Maybe they are more open minded to having original animation on their website than the networks I mentioned above. I’m hoping more independent animators will see the potential in stuff like Kickstarter and Netflix.

Hi Robert — Thanks for your suggestions. For now, I’m exploring new ways to evolve Viagri — I’m developing something currently that I think people will really like, but it will take a while for me to complete it.

Hey Milton! Excellent walk cycle! What did you animate it with? Toonboom?

I just read the entirety of the Ms. Viagri Ampleten comic, very impressive! The posing is masterful and so continuous that they almost animate when scrolling down past them. Hope to see more in the future!

I’m planning on starting a second blog just for comic stories. I’m starting with a couple stand alone stories and will then take my chances with a series, like you have with Viagri Ampleten. You’re article on creating a website around a cartoon series made for some interesting reading.

Hi Joshua — Thanks for your comments. I animated the sexy walk on paper, and then gave that to J.E. Services to scan my drawings into a computer and color it. They use a version of Toonboom for that.

Regarding the Viagri comic strip, “Overdue”, those drawings were originally intended to be character layouts for animation, but then I realized it would take too long for just one person to animate all that, so I just added dialog balloons and posted the drawings as a web comic strip.

Good luck with your own cartoon series! And let me know when you begin posting them.
